Shipping and handling costs

Minimum order The minimum order value is 20,00 €. For orders worth 200,00 € and over, Africa Marcont Tissus will ship free of charge within the European Union (EU), including Switzerland, Iceland and Norway.

Shipping The shipping costs are staggered according to weight and within Germany are as follows:

• Up to 5 kg: € 6.90 (corresponds to a maximum of 4 substances each 6 Yards)

• up to 10 kg: 9.90 € (corresponds to a maximum of 9 substances each 6 Yards)

• up to 31 kg: € 16.90 (corresponds to a maximum of 29 substances each 6 Yards)

• over 31 kg: price on request

In case of agreed cash on delivery additional costs will be charged, which we will gladly inform you on request. We deliver worldwide. We will gladly inform you of the shipping costs abroad. Any customs costs and costs of international payment transactions shall be borne by the customer and may be incurred in retrospect, ie not yet indicated on the order confirmation.

payment 1. In the event of payment in advance, you must first transfer the entire invoice amount stated in the order confirmation. We will ship the goods after receipt of your payment within 5-8 working days. 2. If you pay by bank draft / direct debit, you give us permission to collect the invoice amount from your bank account. After receipt of the amount, the goods will be sent to you immediately. The authorization is also valid for future orders, but can be revoked at any time by a written message to Africa Marcont Tissus. If you pay by bank draft / direct debit, you may have to bear the costs that arise as a result of a reversal of a payment transaction due to a lack of account assignment or due to the incorrectly transmitted data of the bank details. 3. You can pick up your order personally by phone in our house. Our address can be found in the imprint.

delivery The indicated delivery times are non-binding and are 5-8 working days. The duration of the delivery times stated by us begins after clarification of all details relevant to the order execution in accordance with our order confirmation. If the customer is not a consumer, he is delivered in any case as from the German warehouse and travels at the risk of the buyer, even if the price for the free destination has been fixed. The choice of the type of shipment shall be at the discretion of the supplier or at the customer's choice. The supplier shall not be responsible for any deliveries delayed or omitted by fault of subcontractors. If possible, we deliver all items at once. However, some items may no longer be available. Should this occur, we are entitled to withdraw from the delivery. In this case, you will be informed immediately and the delivery of a comparable product is proposed. If an article is currently out of stock, but will be available soon, the order will be delivered. If a delivery is not accepted or is not received by the customer due to an incorrect delivery address, Africa Marcont Tissus may charge the shipping costs incurred for a new delivery.

Severability clause Should any of the above conditions be invalid, it shall be replaced by an effective provision which is closest to its purpose. The invalidity of individual components of the contract has no effect on the effectiveness of the other contractual components. In case of doubt, the provisions of the legislator or the relevant jurisprudence shall apply. Each new order is subject to our general terms and conditions. The contract language is French.
